2009 Heartland Century - September 12th
There's still time to sign up for the 2009 Heartland Century Ride After fueling up on coffee and donuts between 6:30 and 10:00 am, riders depart Illiniwek Forest Preserve one mile north of Hampton, Illinois on Saturday, September 12 for 50, 62 or 100-mile rides. The courses are reasonably flat and well marked with sag stops in Erie (out and back), Cordova and P&P Industries near Morrison (sandwiches for lunch). All riders that register before September 4 will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Registration is available at the start. All pre-registrants will receive a post card that they should present at registration. Be there!
