Part 1: Big Island Centennial 20 by 24 foot Litchfield Steel hip roof Picnic Shelter, concrete pad, and two commercial grade picnic tables and other commercial grade picnic accessories completed and dedicated to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources November 2007 in celebration of 100 years of the Hennepin Canal.
Part 2: Multi-use trail connection at Lock 31 including two ADA bike /walk access ramps, bike parking, sidewalks and soft barrier landscaping.
Part 3: New 10 foot wide bridge and sanitary facilities.
