QCBC Yahoo Group
Would you like to be able to send/receive messages about the latest rides, news, events for members
of the Quad Cities Bicycle Club?
The QCBC uses Yahoo Groups to allow users to post information about QCBC
events, meetings, activities, rides, plus QCA Cycling road hazards,
advocacy, bicycling issues. This group is not for any other subjects
such as politics, religion, jokes, social comments, etc.
How do I sign up?
-
There are two ways to get signed up:
- Signup for a Yahoo account or use your exiting Yahoo account.
Goto http://groups.yahoo.com/group/qcbc/join to get signed up.
- If you don't want to signup for a Yahoo account, you can send an email to qcbc-subscribe@yahoogroups.com When you do this, you will get an automatic email asking if you really did request this. This keeps someone from signing you up for groups you don't want to be in. In both methods the moderator will need to approve your request before you can start using the group. This usually happens within a day. Please be sure to put your real identity in the message so we know who is requesting the account.
- When you signup with a Yahoo account, you will be able to view past messages at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/qcbc/. You can post messages from the Yahoo website or by sending email to qcbc@yahoogroups.com
- If you choose not to signup for a Yahoo account you will only be able to post messages by sending email to qcbc@yahoogroups.com and will not have access to the Yahoo website.
- Once you have been approved, you can post messages by sending email to qcbc@yahoogroups.com
- Please contact Donnie Miller or submit your question here.
