Online registration will open Feb 20 at 6AM CDT.

You can also register by mailing in a printed application and a check.

Mail-in registrations are processed beginning two weeks after online registration begins.

Early registrations are accepted until May 28. The online site stops accepting registrations after this, and you should not mail-in registrations after this date.

We accept on-site registrations the evening of packet pickup at Scott, and on the morning of the ride. Camping and sleeping bag spaces are the only accomodations that we can guarantee will be available for on-site registration. You can speed up the process by printing and filling out an application beforehand. And bring a check, because we are not set up for credit cards.

Every rider must register. The registration fee covers sags and other road support, services at Clarke University, the banquet and a ride tee shirt.

Clarke rooms are preferred, and they run out early. Each room type will count down, and when the count reaches zero, that type will no longer appear on the online registration form. Last year, suites were all taken on the first day. Please register early if a special room type is important to you.

For mail-in registrations, rooms will be assigned when the application is processed. Please use online registration if a room at Clarke is important to you.
